It’s almost been a month since the last World cup already and a long but fun month it has been.
Yesterday (Sunday) we watched the UCI cycle cross race in Toronto. All I could think about is how badly I want to skip the next couple winter months and get back down to Tucson to start getting ready for next year and riding full time. It was such a fun race to watch. Mark finished 10th :)!

Adam was busy doing his level 1 coaching course this weekend and Charlotte had her first Saturday & Sunday off work so we decided to go down to the Niagara region (where Adam lives) and explore.
I took her to a bunch of places Adam I would usually go when we are down his way. We also did “Howls farm”... a Halloween festival. So much fun!
